🧵 Production Time

  • • Domestic Orders (India): Production takes 15–20 working days (Monday–Friday).
  • • International Orders: Production takes 20–25 working days (Monday–Friday).
  • • Emergency Orders: For urgent requirements, please contact us directly to confirm availability before placing your order.

đźšš Domestic Shipping (India)

  • 📦 Dispatch: Orders are shipped after production is complete.
  • ⏳ Shipping Time: Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • đź’µ Shipping Costs: Charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • 📨 Tracking Info: A shipment confirmation email with tracking number will be shared once dispatched.

🌍 International Shipping

  • 📦 Dispatch: Orders are shipped after the 20–25 working day production time.
  • ⏳ Shipping Time: Deliveries typically take 10–12 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
  • đź’Ľ Customs, Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by their country.

📦 Order Tracking

  • • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
  • • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

⚠️ Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • • Transit Delays: Delays caused by the courier are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
  • • Lost Parcels: If a parcel goes missing during transit, Hrudhay is not liable as courier services are third-party. However, we will escalate the issue with the courier agency and assist you until resolution.
  • • Insurance: For high-value orders, we recommend opting for insured and trackable shipping.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
