Hrudhay – Exchange Policy

At Hrudhay, we are committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted products. While we do not offer refunds, we do accept exchanges under specific conditions. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

✅ Eligibility for Exchange

  • Damaged Product: If the product you receive is damaged upon arrival and you provide valid proof.
  • Wrong Size Delivered (Hrudhay’s Error): If you placed the correct size, but we delivered a different one, you are eligible for an exchange after return inspection.
  • Size Issues (Customer’s Error): If you selected the wrong size while placing the order, the product will not be eligible for exchange.

📌 Conditions for Exchange

  • Unboxing Video Proof: A clear unboxing video is mandatory to verify any damage or size mismatch.
  • Unused Condition: The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Request Period: You must initiate the exchange within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support.
  • Return Inspection: Returned items will be inspected before an exchange is approved.
  • Handcrafted Variations: Minor variations in colour, embroidery, or finish are natural in handcrafted pieces and will not be considered defects.

🔄 Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Exchange: Email us at customercare.hrudhay@gmail.com within 48 hours, including your order number, issue details, and unboxing video.
  2. Exchange Authorization: Our team will review and, if approved, share return shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping the Product: Send the product securely at your own cost. We recommend trackable shipping. Hrudhay is not liable for damages during return transit.
  4. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange process will begin.

🎀 Exchange or Replacement

  • If approved, you can choose:
    • An exchange for the same product in a different size (if available),
    • A replacement of equal value if the original item is out of stock,
    • Store credit of equal value.
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after receiving the return.

🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Customised or tailored products.
  • Wrong size/order placed by customer.
  • Sale or discounted items.

🚚 Shipping & Courier Disclaimer

  • Transit Delays: Any delays from the courier’s end will not be eligible for refund or cancellation.
  • Lost Parcels: If a parcel goes missing during transit, Hrudhay is not responsible, as courier services are handled by a third party. However, we will escalate the issue with the courier agency and assist you in tracking or resolving the matter.
